Service Provided:

• PARTH EDVISORS shall provide guidance and assistance to Clients seeking to study abroad, including but not limited to university selection, application process assistance, visa application guidance, and pre-departure orientation
• The Services provided may vary depending on the package selected by the Client

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information to the PARTH EDVISORS to facilitate the provision of Services.
• Clients are responsible for complying with all requirements of educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other relevant entities.
• Clients are responsible for the authenticity of the documents they provide to PARTH EDVISORS for availing the mentioned services.

Fees & Payment:

• Clients shall pay the PARTH EDVISORS fees as agreed upon in advance for the Services rendered
• Fees are non-refundable once Services have been commenced.

Limitation and Liability:

• PARTH EDVISORS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by Clients arising from the provision of Services.

Confidentiality:

• PARTH EDVISORS shall maintain the confidentiality of Client information, except as required by law or with the Client’s consent.

Intellectual Property:

• Any materials provided by PARTH EDVISORS to Clients, including but not limited to documents, reports, and presentations, remain the intellectual property of PARTH EDVISORS.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Delhi, India.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, and if not resolved, through arbitration.

Amendments:

• These Terms may be amended by PARTH EDVISORS at its discretion at any point in time.

Client’s Confirmation:

• By engaging our Services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
